USC's path to CFP, favorable implications of a 12 team playoff, & more | Breaking The Huddle

Joel Klatt touched on this week's new, and expected, playoff rankings with Georgia, OSU, TCU & Michigan up top before diving into whether USC will make it into postseason. He questioned whether their current spot at #7 will be solid enough and discovered that the most advantageous thing for the Trojans is TCU losing in their conference. Further, Klatt talked about the implications of a 12 team playoff and how it would keep a ton of at-large teams in the running, including LSU, Tennessee, Alabama, Penn State, more of the Big 12 teams and more. This would be so much better," Klatt stated, and hopefully in 2024 will this proposal come to life.
