Vehicle fire on Binbrook driveway causes $75,000 in damage

A vehicle that burst into flames on a Binbrook driveway Tuesday night caused about $75,000 in damages.

Hamilton firefighters responded to a home on Southbrook Drive, near Switzer Crescent, around 8:45 p.m. for a vehicle fire.

Assistant deputy chief Ryan Coburn said the blaze ultimately extended into a nearby home. No one was injured.
