A Hamilton YouTuber notorious for hitting on female university students in his videos now faces a second set of sex-crime charges.

Jack Densmore was charged with sexual assault, voyeurism and distributing intimate images on Nov. 22 by Hamilton police.

The woman who is the complainant in the latest case contacted The Spectator last month with her allegations after the paper broke the story that Densmore, 28, was charged with sexually assaulting a McMaster University student. The student claims she was raped in 2020 while on a date with Densmore.

The second woman then reported her own rape allegations to police and an investigation was launched by detectives in the sexual assault unit.

The latest allegations include Densmore having sex with the then-19-year-old complainant when she was passed out drunk. The woman says she was at a party at Densmore's home on Hamilton Mountain and she got drunk. She fell asleep in his bed and alleges she woke to find him penetrating her.

They were in a relationship at the time.

The identities of both women are protected by publication bans.

None of the allegations against Densmore have been tested in court.

The Spectator was unable to reach Densmore's lawyer, Mark Fahmy, for comment.

Previously, the Toronto criminal lawyer said all the accusations against his client were false and in each case, there was only consensual sex.

Densmore is well known among Ontario university students for the videos he posts under the name Jack Denmo on YouTube and other social media platforms. Some videos have 10 million views. Fahmy has said Denmo is a character" played by his client.

In one series of videos, Densmore approaches women on campuses, flirts, and asks for their phone numbers.

In another, he loudly says crude things in public.

In some, he shows up at unsanctioned homecoming street parties wearing a crown and calling himself King of the North." He interviews drunk partygoers about getting wasted and having sex with multiple partners.

One of his films was made at the unsanctioned McMaster homecoming in 2021 when a nearby neighbourhood was overrun by 6,000 students who swung from trees and overturned a student's car.

Densmore is banned from McMaster University's campus. Officials have not said why, except that it is unrelated to any criminal charge. The student who reported Densmore to police did not tell McMaster about her experience with him.

Densmore is also banned from Queen's and Western universities due to his antics at HoCo."
