Google Play rolls out 'Purchase Requests' for kids wanting to buy in-app content

Google rolls out "Purchase Requests" for families without a set payment method. This works for a one-time in-app purchase, as the family manager will receive a real-time alert of the requested transaction to either accept or decline with a chosen form of payment.
