Neurosurgeon Charlie Teo says he was potentially too radical" with an operation he performed that left a woman with brain damage.
Teo said that in hindsight he would do differently two surgeries that are now the focus of disciplinary hearings of the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) in Sydney.
