The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms on a three-year, $30-million contract extension with defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris, a source told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

The 29-year-old joined the Jaguars as a free agent in 2021 and has missed one start in 31 games with the club. He recorded a career-high 45 tackles and seven tackles for loss last season. He added 14 tackles and fives tackles for loss during Jacksonville's playoff run.

Robertson-Harris managed to improve on most of his stats after racking up 37 tackles, nine quarterback hits, and four tackles for loss during his 2021 campaign.

Jacksonville keeps a key piece to a disruptive defensive front that includes Josh Allen and Folorunso Fatukasi.

Robertson-Harris initially signed a three-year, $23.4-million contract after spending the first five seasons of his career with the Chicago Bears. His new deal arrives with the Jaguars being $12.4 million over the salary cap, according Over The Cap.

Jacksonville re-signed quarterback C.J. Beathard and restructured the contract of linebacker Foyesade Oluokun.
