Police were called to the North Park Street school around 11:45 a.m. March 2 after a call about a youth who had allegedly threatened someone. The caller indicated the teen was in possession of a firearm and that he was within the school.
Officers contained the scene and quickly located the teen, who was arrested. Police said no weapons were found and there were no reported injuries.
Police said they met with students and staff directly affected after the incident.
