Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens still don't have a deal in place and reports are that Baltimore will franchise tag the quarterback ahead of today's deadline. Yesterday, Ravens executive vice president Ozzie Newsome said in an interview the negotiations will go quote, "up until 3:30, a lot of energy will be utilized in trying to get a deal done."
