William Byron speaks on why it was a good decision for NASCAR to move the pit road to the backstretch in Turn 3

NASCAR has moved the pit road commitment line at Atlanta to the end of the backstretch in Turn 3 because they felt drivers would have trouble getting to pit road under green in Turn 4. Last year's winner William Byron said that is a good move.
