The New York Giants keep adding to their receiving corps.

Veteran wideout Jamison Crowder is signing a one-year contract with New York, a source told CBS Sports' Josina Anderson.

Crowder, who established himself as a reliable target in the slot throughout his career, spent the 2022 season with the Buffalo Bills. A broken ankle limited him to only four games and six catches last year.

A fourth-round pick in 2015, Crowder spent time with the Washington Commanders (2015-18) and New York Jets (2019-21). The 29-year-old led the Jets in receiving in his first two seasons with the team, setting career highs with 78 receptions and 833 yards in 2019. He also caught six touchdowns that year.

The Giants inked quarterback Daniel Jones to a four-year, $160-million extension this offseason and have since been trying to improve their receiving corps. New York traded for tight end Darren Waller and signed wide receiver Parris Campbell. The team also brought back Darius Slayton on a two-year deal.

Slayton led the Giants with 724 receiving yards in 2022. He also amassed 46 receptions and two touchdowns.
