Head coach Nick Saban isn't buying the skepticism regarding Bryce Young's size.

"I don't have any issues with his measurables," head coach Nick Saban said at Alabama's pro day Thursday, per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Saban added: "His 5-foot-10 frame has never really had an impact on his productivity in a league where most of the players you're playing against are the same guys you're going to be playing against at the next level."

Young, along with fellow star passers C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, and Will Levis, is vying to be selected first overall in next month's draft. However, there's concern about whether Young's light frame will withstand a full NFL schedule.

The 21-year-old stood 5-foot-10 1/8 and weighed 204 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis last month. He opted against being measured again Thursday, choosing just to throw.

The former All-American standout shrugged off concerns about his size earlier this month.

"I've been this size, respectfully, my whole life," Young said, according to ESPN's Jeff Legwold. "I know who I am, I know what I can do."

Young is one of the most prolific passers in Crimson Tide history. He passed for 8,356 yards, 80 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions with a 65.8% completion rate.
