An ice breaker's view as the St. Lawrence Seaway opens for passage

Federal Transport Minister Lisa Raitt opened the St. Lawrence Seaway Thursday morning. See the CBC report from 1959 when the Seaway opened and a video posted Wednesday from Fisheries Canada giving an ice-breakers view of a frozen Lake Erie.
