Union heavyweight John Sekta's wife, Emma Walters, has been banned from contacting a private investigator as she faced court over allegations she plotted to kill her estranged husband.
Walters, 46, has been charged with incitement to commit conspiracy to murder Sekta, the Victorian secretary of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union.
