Magnolia trees in bloom at RBG
by Staff - The Hamilton Spectator from on (#6AVHS)
Magnolias are in full bloom at the Royal Botanical Gardens.
In a website update, the Hamilton-Burlington gardens announced that trees were blooming at the Arboretum on Old Guelph Road.
Star Magnolia Trees had already reached peak bloom as of April 14 and the RBG estimated Saucer Magnolia trees would likely hit peak over the weekend.
With current extreme/unseasonal weather conditions, predictions are difficult, and blooms will likely not last long," the RBG said.
