Features Located inside Ponderosa Nature Resort and a short drive from Hamilton, this home is one of the cheapest properties listed in the region.

Situated on Grand Bend Road, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin is offered as a land lease within the local nudist resort, said the park's realtor CC Alexander, who is a salesperson with Sutton Team Realty Inc.

Alexander said that means the buyer wouldn't technically own the property, but would still reap the benefits as it appreciates at the same rate as others, even though the initial price is lower. There are additional monthly fees that cover membership and services.

They can be a great investment," she said. And they're generally set in communities, so there are usually lots of amenities and a great sense of belonging."

Founded in 1964, the lush, nearly 100-acre nature park is a community for naturists, meaning those who don't subscribe to the notion people should have to wear clothes.

The features of the park include a heated conversation pool, cross-country nature trails, tennis courts, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a licensed dining room plus outdoor patio.

Alexander said while the cabin is small, it offers a snug and cosy space" with a gourmet kitchen, an all-pine interior and a new bathroom added on. It also comes with all of the furnishings, making it a turnkey property.

It's gorgeous inside," she said, adding that it is winterized. It could be a dream come true for someone."

Alexander said while the park offers a unique lifestyle that's not for everyone," the cabin could be ideal for a couple of snowbirds or even a single person wanting a summer home.

Those looking to become members must visit the park at least twice for management to vet their membership request to weed out folks there for nefarious reasons, according to their website.

Why is it priced this way? Alexander said the price of the cabin was influenced by previous sales in the park as well as the state of the local housing market.
