An openSUSE ALP status update
Richard Brown has posted anupdate on the status of the SUSE Adaptable Linux Platform (ALP) projectand what it means for the openSUSE distribution.
The ALP concept should be flexible enough that these openSUSEProducts will be able to leverage all the stuff SUSE is doing forSUSE's ALP Products, but then we (community) can add anything wewant. If we find it is not flexible enough, then we (SUSE) willwork to adapt it to make it possible for the community to buildwhat it wants. So, if we the community want to build something like old Leap, thatshould be totally technically feasible.
