Gun safe

I'm looking at a liberty centurion 12 or 18. Those safes are 250-350 lbs. Ignoring the theft component for this convo...how likely is it this safe could tip over if it's not bolted down? That's pretty heavy and around the weight of a fridge. Is it higher risk because the doors are really heavy? I have young kids so thats my main concern
