ATF 4473

I was in Frontier Justice, gave 400 cash for a Walter P22. Had to take the 6 question bubble test (ATF 4473). I was then told I answered one incorrectly. Now I am on a 2 week hold for the weapon. I am now thinking I should take it as a sign to keep my money for other priorities. (I have a clean background) Can I go in for a refund? Asking here because they are not open yet, but it's been about 4 days since then.
