My sister wants to buy a gun in New Mexico, but she had a form of “mental illness” when she was a minor, wants to know if she can legally buy one.

Context -

Sister had an eating disorder, was admitted to mental hospitals a few times as a minor to get treatment involuntarily, she's an adult now, don't know if this fits another criteria for mental illness, & I don't feel like paying a full dang lawyer to ask one question for someone that isn't me, nor is willing to pay themselves.

Anyone know what the state law for New Mexico is on gray areas like this for her?
