How To Get A "Special Carry" License In NYC
NYPD has an online application. The language hasn't changed since the supreme court ruling.
1: Provide all personal information, including 5 years worth of addresses.
Answer questions so the NYPD can get a good look at your "moral" character. You will list all companies you have worked for the last 5 years. If you have EVER been fired you will explain exactly why that happened. Good boys and girls don't get fired in right to work states historically. Additionally you will need a signed statement from someone you know, in case of infirmity or death, you are required to have someone take possession of all firearms. You cannot name yourself, nor can you name family or anyone that does not have New York citizenship.
You must make sworn statements. The first is that you will turn over your guns to the police if you are fired or otherwise discharged from employment. The second is that you will be a good boy. Third is that you understand the law as it pertains to dumping mags in people.
