Concealed carry as a warehouse worker?

Does anyone conceal at work in a warehouse position? I'm not sure of a great way to carry since I'm bending at the waist constantly, which makes appendix uncomfortable, and something like 3 o'clock difficult to conceal. Does anyone have any advice? The only thing I thought of was an ankle holster, but in the summer, I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to wear pants on a loading dock in hot weather.
