Photos: Puppy party! 21 precious pups taken in by SPCA
by The Hamilton Spectator from on (#6BQ20)
The Hamilton/Burlington SPCA recently took in 21 dogs and puppies at its Dartnell Road location to help a shelter in northern Ontario.
The SPCA has an associated animal hospital next door to help spay and neuter the animals. They will all be microchipped and vaccinated before they're available for adoption. The oldest dog was seven, and the youngest puppy - who will be fostered until old enough to be adopted - was six weeks.
The dogs already available for adoption are on the SPCA website.
