Joel Klatt revealed his post-spring top 25 rankings. The Utah Utes headline the next tier with their QB Cameron Rising and RB Tavion Thomas returning to the team. Klatt believed the loss of Dalton Kincaid will not impact them as much as people think. Klatt has the TCU Horned Frogs at No. 15. Joel stated that replacing Max Duggan at QB will not be such a daunting task with Chandler Morris there to fill his shoes. At No. 17 Klatt has the Texas Longhorns. Joel is excited to see how QB Quinn Ewers will play this season after the taste of the elite play he showed against Alabama last season.
