Police seek help identifying suspects in east Hamilton robbery
Hamilton police are asking for the public's help identifying three suspects involved in an east end commercial robbery.
Police said in a release the trio entered a business in the area of Barton Street East and Kenilworth Avenue North around 4:45 p.m. Sunday.
The men - one of whom was brandishing a firearm - approached the cash before demanding money and electronic merchandise from a clerk, said Const. Krista-Lee Ernst.
They later fled in a dark coloured vehicle with an undisclosed amount of inventory.
No one was hurt in the incident.
Police describe the first suspect as Black and wearing a white and grey sweatshirt with dark pants; the second as Black and wearing a black sweatshirt with dark shoes; and the third as white and wearing a grey sweatshirt, black pants and dark shoes.
