Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love is confident his offense can take off next season.

"I think we've got playmakers on offense," Love said, according to Jason Wilde of the Wisconsin State Journal. "I think all the weapons we have at receiver, tight end, and running back, we've got guys who can make plays."

He added, "Once everybody gets rolling, gets comfortable with the offense and being where they need to be every play, the sky's the limit for us."

Love is entering his fourth NFL season after being drafted in the first round in 2020. He threw for 190 yards with one touchdown and one interception in his only career start in 2021 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The 24-year-old saw some action last season in Week 12 when Aaron Rodgers went down with a chest injury. Love passed for 119 yards and one touchdown on six completions, showcasing some of his natural talent.

With Rodgers having departed for the New York Jets, head coach Matt LaFleur is hopeful that Love can take hold of the Packers' offense.

"He's shown progress almost on a daily basis," LaFleur said. "But it's going to be important and incumbent on himself to just show that initiative and stay in his playbook."

Love will be surrounded by one of the league's youngest collection of playmakers. The starting wide receivers are projected to be Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Jayden Reed, who are all 24 years old or younger.

The Packers also selected tight ends Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft in this year's draft, and both are expected to get consistent playing time this season.

"I think we've got a great team," Love said. "I think we have a good offense, a young offense. We have a lot of work to keep putting in, keep building together."
