Any current 2TB NVME drives with 2-bit MLC available?

I'm planning to replace a 1TB Samsung SSD 860 PRO 1TB with a 2TB NVME drive. Now I see, that Samsung uses TLC flash memory (or "3-bit MLC" how they call it) for their current "Pro" models.
Are there any other true MLC drives available at the moment?
