[SOLVED] Install kernel 6.1.0-9 on debian 12

Hello, I had debian 11 on my pc and I have updated to debian 12, since I have nvidia it has given me problems and I had to uninstall the nvidia driver and the kernel that is installed with debian 12 on 6.1.0-9. In the end I managed to install the nvidia driver and everything works correctly, but if I do sudo apt full-upgrade the 6.1.0-9 kernel is not installed, it is still in the old debian 11 on 5.10.0-23.
What do I have to do to install kernel 6.1.0-9?
I put my sources.list in case it was necessary:
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bookworm main non-free-firmware non-free contrib
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bookworm main non-free-firmware non-free contrib
