Woman killed was 'beloved' retired city employee, says family, after Hamilton police arrest her son

Police identified the62-year-oldwoman killed Monday as Jacquelyne 'Jackie' Buckle, a long-time employee with the city, and saidher son, 34-year-old Daryl Buckle, has been charged following her death.
