K3B writes files to DVD+RW device in read only mode - need read/write

I want to have my files in read/write mode. K3B only writes read only files.

I'm transferring all my *.jpg files from an Android Smart Phone to DVD, or trying to. The K3B user manual gives no hint how to do read/write files.
