Brother 2280DW Printer problems with Ubuntu 22.04.2.

Recently retired a Microsoft laptop. Just started with Ubuntu. My Brother 2280DW printer (which I used previously) will now only print in duplex mode. Can't correct it with printer settings and can't find where to troubleshoot with Ubuntu. Ubuntu Version 22.04.2.
I noticed another "Similar Thread" about duplex printing problems with a Brother 2280DW, but I don't know how to identify (or correct) the printer driver issue suggested by the person who replied. New to Ubuntu and not too savvy with computer issues.
