Families face 'hidden homelessness' as Hamilton shelter system is consistently overwhelmed

The family shelter system in Hamilton has been overwhelmed for over a year, with the 62 available rooms and overflow hotel rooms filled almost every week. For Mark Wakiri, a father of five who was injured at work a year ago, finding housing outside of the shelter is a difficult task.
