GCC pass 1 on LFS 11.3 fails to build with CET support

GCC-12.2.0 builds, almost, but then configure tests for CET (Intel security software) support by a link test, causing a crash because GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES is set. I followed the book to the letter.

Any ideas appreciated!
