Old Unix and Linux guy
by jwccsllc from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6D1WJ)
I'm a long-time developer starting on a Bendix G-20 mainframe almost 60 years ago. I worked on various main frames from Burroughs, GE, and IBM.
My first *nix system as Tandy Xenix in 1982, then SCO Unix, Caldera Linux with my first mission critical Linux install in September 1997. I designed, built and sold systems for ISPs, all *nix based.
I've used Caldera, SuSE, and currently running several Raspberry Pi 4B+ systems and Alma Linux 9 on Intel-based machines.
Thanks.
Bill Campbell
