syslinux automatically boot different options

Is there any way to have syslinux choose different options based on say the system time? I'd like to reboot into memtest86+ and run it once and then after getting it to auto reboot, switch back to the "default" OS without user intervention.

I can find any entries in the menu.c32 docs that suggest this is possible.
