Getting a custom and tested linux virtual machine from an expert?

Is there a service available where you can hire an expert or get support from an already hired employee that is able to create and test a linux virtual machine that is able to run a program you need? I have been trying to run a tool called pgsc_calc that uses docker and nextflow with some other dependencies but have not been able to fix the errors that prevents the tool from working on my computer.

Even thou I would prefer to have the program run on my system it might take more time and not be guarantee that I will be able to figure it out so this is why I wish assistance in this way to get the tool working even if its in a remote server.
