AMD Shrank Navi 31 in RX 7900 GRE, Smaller Than 7900 XT and XTX

AMD's new RX 7900 GRE is apparently equipped with a physically smaller Navi 31 package compared to the RX 7900 XT and XTX. The PCB has also been re-designed featuring fewer memory slots, and AMD's specifications page shows 4 billion fewer transistors.
