Postfix Lockdown

Hello,
I would like to configure a Postfix server on my network to accept e-mails from various local devices (document scanners, IoT sensors, etc.).

The policy that I would like to apply is that each device has an SMTP account (username/password), which it uses to log into Postfix, but it can only send messages to "itself", or its own mailbox address. Trying to send messages to any other user mailbox on the server will be rejected, as will relaying.

Is there a broad policy that I can apply to multiple mailbox users such that they can only send to their own address?
