How to run fsck when I forgot my root password
by itzjemi from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6DM03)
Hi,
I have a problem to boot up my RHEL. The server was running on VMWare. Please refer to the link below for the error details.

Also, fyi, I don't have the root password. Is there any way for me to run the fsck without entering root password?
I am newbie to Linux. Thanks in advance!
