Macbook air 10 inches

Hello,
I recently got a macbook air 10 inches from 2012, it sports an i7 2nd gen, 4Gb Ram, 128Gb SSD.
I installed Debian Bookworm on it, on an luks partition, on btrfs.
It went smooth sailing, no problems at all, then completed with mbpfan.
It seemed to be running too hot tho, fan running quite strongly so I decided to install tlp
With tlp things improved slightly, but I am yet to find an optimal config, occasionally on battery it seems to be locked up at the lowest clock, even if I did not set it that way.
So I am hoping someone could have a look at my config, recommend something else and maybe suggest some other package that I am currently missing..

Code:sudo tlp-stat -c
