Need an TO-DO list application for Linux with certain minimum requirements

**Distro: MX x86_64 | AHS**
Requirements:
1. Decent Graphical User Interface
2. Must have a due by time (not just due date)
3. Must have reminders
4. Free
5. MUST run in background and must be capable of sending reminders in the background.
6. Have an ID/letter associated with the tasks (or better yet color coded)
Not a requirement, but it would be good if
1. It had a nice look.
2. Has a sound associated with task completion.
3. It's light weight: I would be opening it a lot and I don't want 10 second load time.
[GNOME To-Do](https://i.imgur.com/Pdqhpvl.png) would have been perfect for this job had it had a *due by time*.
