restore old Bios

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3505 that I installed Zorin Core 16.3 on replacing Windows. Dell updater updated the Bios from 1.2.0 with 1.13.1. I have a USB with Ventoy on it that I used to install Zorin Core. Since Bios was updated I have not been able to change the boot order to boot from USB. I would like to restore the old Bios so I downloaded it from Dell. When I try to run the Bios program I got from Dell it tells me that I need to run it as admin. I am using my root userid, opening terminal, cd 'ing' to Downloads where the bios file is and entering sudo and cut and pasting the bios file name in. I went into the file permissions and checked the box to run as an executeable. When I try run the file it tells me that it is not found. What am I missing? Thank you
