Maintainers Summit call for topics

The 2023 Maintainers Summit will be held on November 16 in Richmond, VA,immediately after the Linux PlumbersConference.

As in previous years, the Maintainers Summit is invite-only, wherethe primary focus will be process issues around Linux KernelDevelopment. It will be limited to 30 invitees and a handful ofsponsored attendees.

The call fortopics has just gone out, with the first invitations to be sent withina couple of weeks or so.
