Lenovo 910s running Mint 21.2 is acting crazy.

I've had a number of issues with this desktop machine. The problems come and go. This Lenovo was gained through the BC Auction. My 2 laptops from BC Auction are dream machines with Mint 21.1 on them, but I'm considering dumping this desktop as it doesn't perform nearly as well as the laptops.
My bad? Could be, but I'm not sure where...
