Installation issue with PLEX and systemd as init system (PID 1)

I recently reinstall MX Linux. MX 23 XFCE. I had the older version before and I had no issues with PLEX. Now that I have install Plex I cannot see my movie library. Also while I was installing Plex on the terminal I got this message.

System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Host is down

I have look online for solutions to this issues but nothing work for me. You're help will be appreciated. Thanks
