List all Linux users
by Jason.nix from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6E8PM)
Hello,
I know that with cat /etc/passwd command, I can see a list of all Linux users. To list all Linux groups, there is a tool called compgen. When you enter compgen -g, then it will show you a list of Linux groups.
Is there a similar tool that shows a list of Linux users?
Thank you.
