what open-source software could remove non-music sounds from music?

Human voices and in fact all other sounds except music. If Audacity can do this, good. I'm at this point comfortable using Audacity to manipulate audio, because I learned how to use Audacity to process recordings of the live music from my church services for my personal listening: extracting songs individually, raising the volume and such fairly basic changes.
