Windows 10 subsystem for Linux

Hi everyone I just had now started jto try to use Linux with Windows 10 subsystem I have done which I thought I'd done all the key qualifications I believe I have enabled everything I need to. It was recommended to use Ubuntu WSL, NOW I HAVE TRYED EVERYTHING that I could think of,but I can't seem to get any terminal to recognize any commands, please if anyone has any suggestions let me know thank you.
