what to choose after RHEL source news?!

Greetings.
I currently have a dedicated server with CentOS 7, in about a month I have to move to another server and do a fresh Linux server install.
After reading about the RHEL news I'm wondering what dist to use for Linux server?
options are.. Centos stream/Rocky/Alma Linux/Fedora, or can I use the RHEL free developer program?!
hope you can help me with this issue.
