Report: Browns' Conklin done for year with torn ACL, MCL

Cleveland Browns offensive tackle Jack Conklin will miss the rest of the 2023 season after tearing his ACL and MCL in the team's Week 1 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The 29-year-old has also torn his patellar tendon tear and ACL in years past.
Conklin has been among the game's best tackles when healthy, earning first-team All-Pro nods as a rookie with the Tennessee Titans in 2016 and again with the Browns in 2020.
The former first-round pick played in 14 contests in 2022. He parlayed his performance into a four-year, $60-million extension that runs through 2026.
Conklin was replaced by fourth-round rookie Dawand Jones versus Cincinnati. Jones or James Hudson will likely start opposite Jedrick Wills moving forward.
