High CPU usage and Load Avg

Hi Folks!
Code:Linux salix.gattaca.net 5.15.117 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Jun 22 15:39:49 CDT 2023 x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 330 @ 2.13GHz GenuineIntel GNU/LinuxI've searched multiple answers but I couldn't find an answer that is related to this scenario, but if you think you do, kindly point me to it. I attached a screenshot for reference.
Has anybody knowledge how to lower the CPU usage (or Load Avg) other than logoff or reboot?
